Bit of difficulty getting into and out of station.

I'm just always in a hurry. Probably should have chose highly satisfied

There is always room for improvement.

The restroom was filthy, it was evident that no staff had even checked it.

Overall I was pleased so this does not apply.

The diesel pump was very slow.

BC every time I go to this Murphy there is always at least 1 pump not working and cars are lined up forever trying to get gas. It is very crowded and people will pull right out in front of you. This time I was lucky enough to get a pump right upon arrival. Also, the garbage cans are always full and the water for the windshields is always dry. These are the reasons I only gave satisfied but I will be back bc they do have the cheaper gas in Lexington.

There was work going on so 2 or 3 lines were blocked.

People buying gasoline drive past available gasoline pumps to get to the only pumps with diesel thus causing diesel vehicles to have to wait.
