When I got to balance my checkbook there is a $1.00 charge on my statement. I bought nothing else and it is not on my receipt. Can you explain where this charge was incurred? The 3 coke products and snacks were paid for with cash on receipt 315-673-876-653 to get $.10 off of gas.

Receipt needed to be picked up AFTER a long wait for other customers to purchase items. WHY then, self serve?

The attendant was not friendly at all ie: didn't greet me nor thank me. My product was simply tossed down.

The pump was out of printer paper and when I approached the worker to get a receipt she was out talking to a friend and acted like I was bothering her to get the receipt. I told her the pump printer was out of paper and she said oh well and after giving me the receipt she went back out to talk to her friend and smoke!

The pump was leaking. I made a trip to the register instead of just leaving to tell attendant. There was no apology or asked if I was ok, did I get anything on me or my truck.

I felt unsafe. To many displays blocking around attendant. A very cluttered look. Made me want to leave quickly and buy nothing else.
