There is always improvements that can be made in any customer service job. Attendant was professional and no visible piercings or tattoos which is very satisfying to see. She was respectful but at peek times I have had bad experiences at this same location. I have been in customer service over 30yrs and believe you should use the attendant today as a role model with the employees that fall short of her in general. Promote her to training new employees. .. I am a white female andthe attendant being young black female was the most respecfull I have encountered..

I PURCHASED A CARTON OF CIGARETTES FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND WANTED TO BUY A COUPLE OF PACKS OF MY BRAND. THEY WERE NOT INSTOCK. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IN A WEEK THAT MY BRAND WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. THIS HAPPENS QUITE OFFTEN SINCE YOUR COMPANY HAS SWITCHED SUPPLIERS.

Price was not lowest in the area. Granules on ground; perhaps from prior fuel spill.

IT was just as normal as usually. The offers are not some of the things that I prefer.

I was satisfied with the service because the exterior of the site was clean, but congested. One pump was closed with window washing solutions. Possibly not over crowding the area with so many items, this would help the cashier to have a peripheral view of the surrounding grounds.

Wait times in line. I like Murphy USA very much but wait times can be exhausting sometimes cause too many people are in line and only one cashier on staff makes it long.

The cost of the product seems to be increasing in price. I will have to find another location for this product.
