The fuel purchase went fine. I purchased a car wash code and entered the automatic car wash and it did its thing. When it ended, the overhead door closed over the exit did not raise. After the blower had ended, I inched forward, thinking a sensor may need to be tripped. Stopping a few inches from the door, it had still not opened. I exited my vehicle and walked into the store, asking the clerk to raise the exit door. She said she "would call someone." I returned to my truck - with a couple of seriously ungraceful slips inside the car wash. I backed out of the car wash to escape. It was not an enjoyable experience and I will never use that wash again. I will probably return to this Murphy, due to its proximity to our Walmart, but it'll be a while. No, I won't be recommending the station.

At first I tried my debit card, but the card reader wouldn't read my debit card, so then I tried my gift card, I had five dollars on my giftcard, and it only gave me $0.98. But, I like the location, on and off of the freeway, hardly anyone around, and a must at a gas station: BRIGHT LIGHTS! I feel somewhat safe with my tazar. Definitely bonus points on that!

The hot beverage station is in desperate need of cleaning. We saw baby roaches crawling under the coffee pots.

In the past I have got a discount for using my Walmart ( MasterCard ) but not any more.

The carwash I purchased with my gas fill up was a dollar more what I was asked to pay at the end of the purchase when I got the printed reciept

I stopped at Murphy USA to save $.03/gallon on gas with my prepaid Walmart card, but wound up losing a couple of dollars because the pump did not stop when my tank was full, and it spilled gas all over my car and the ground. I went in the store to complain to the attendant, and he never offered any type of compensation. I did ask specifically for a code to wash my car at the car wash next to the station, but he was unable to give me that. He did tell me that the car wash manager was there if I wanted to talk to him. Fortunately the car wash manager did agree to run my car through the wash for free. Still, my husband has gas all over his shoes, on my car rug, and I wound up paying for spilled gas.

Purchased a carwash from this location and this is the second time the carwash had no chemicals in it and gave me a "wash" other than the one I paid for. I paid for the best wash and it had no soap, no wax and only cycled through half way. This was not the first time this has happened at this location. If you are not going to maintain the carwash SHUT IT DOWN.

The clerk was very rude and said he could not run my card as debit and ran it as credit and it would not go threw that way. And all the other murphy's run it as debit. He refused to do it so the murphys in Benton I will never use again
