First pump we chose didn't work

There were 2 employees on duty but only one was working the cash register and the line was backed up. By the time the employee working the cash register had the majority of the people in line handled the other employee finally came up and checked out 2 customers and he was done since the female had handled all the other customers.

I left the pump unattended to buy a product in the store and when I got back to the car the pump had turned off. I had to go back to the attendant to get the number of gallons pumped and the total cost. Next time I'll stay with pump until it finishes and get my printed receipt.
