I just never give highly satisfied on any survey. One of the features on the pumps that really irritate me, not just Murphy's, but all had stations is the car wash questions. If I wanted a car wash I would have gone to a car wash. The taking time to answer all the questions before pumping gas is not how I want to get gas.

I get tired of the pump delaying by asking if we want a car wash and then asking if we want a receipt. Please do the car wash some other way. On receipts: every business transaction should issue a receipt without asking.

I liked the multiple pumps cutting down on waits at the pump, using a Walmart card and receiving low cost and the convenience of getting gas and on the highway quickly

It bothers me that before it actually pumps gas into my gas tank it charges or starts to charge up to $0.45 cents and zero gas goes into my tank during that time.....I can go to other gas stations and they don't do that so not sure why ours do but I think that is charging your customers for something they are not getting and that is not right.....just saying....
