Murphy USA

I have always bought gas at Murphy because my car uses 89 octane and Murphy's price for 89 has always reliably been only 20 cents more than 87. Other gas stations offer low prices for 87 and then gouge you for 89. This time Murphys gouged me for 89. The price was 36 cents more than 87. So I'm not going to go out of my way to go to Murphy anymore.

The price posted for the day was $1.929 for Regular. I was supposed to receive a 3 cent discount per gallon since I used my Walmart card to pay. However, the discount was NOT calculated at the pump and I paid the full price of $1.92 per gal even though I used my Walmart credit card. It was too much of a hassle to complain at the time. In these days where every penny counts, especially when it comes to gas, you expect to be charged correctly at the pump. Thanks for listening! :)

Gas jumped .22 cents per gallon in 1 weeks time. That is crazy for it to jump that much that quickly. Very unhappy about that!

Need more help at this location. Line at register is always long. Whole location needs a makeover. Even landscaping in poor condition.

i purchased lottery tickets at the pump and thought they were printed on my receipt. i'm looking at my receipt where it charged me $6 in lottery tickets and $1 trans fee, but my numbers are not listed there. where are my numbers? were they printed on another receipt? was i suppposed to wait for another receipt? did the guy behind me get my lottery tickets?

Using a credit card, twice I have put the nozzle in gas tank and pressed the selection of the gas I wanted BEFORE I read the screen which was asking if I wanted a receipt. So I answered yes but then only the premium grade gas was available to pump - could not select lower grade. Then was difficult to try and cancel the entire transaction. Got attendant who assisted me with canceling transaction and said I might have inadvertently bumped the premium grade with the gas hose which was why it was selected on previous transaction. Second transaction went through without problems with attendant assistance.

Murphy needs to expand it's service to two registers. Long lines every time I visit. Also the place looks shabby.

I don't feel like it should take that long to pump gas . Others had same problem.

I had a Walmart card for the discount and it would not take that card or any card so had to pay cash and did not discount either.
