Murphey has horrible parking

Tried two different pumps, neither one would take our Walmart Mastercard which gives us a discount on the price. The attendant was aware of the issue, and merely stated that they have been having problems with that card there and to try using a different card. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Else, why would we have this card for discounts?

The price of fuel at this Murphy USA is higher than other Murphy USA stations in other towns. I was also dissatisfied about how quickly the price of fuel went up at this Murphy USA station.

The machine wouldn't take my Wal Mart gift card. So I had to go to the cashier for help.

Started pumping diesel with credit card at pump 12 $5.35. Stopped to tell attendant that 12 was exceedingly slow. He suggested going to 11 and would transfer over my current bill. I struggled to get into 11 without others pumping on my CC. When I got to pump 11, the balance showed $5.35. I had the receipt for paying at 12 and showed it to the attendant and asked him to reset the balance to $0. He argued and told me I was wrong. Thought I was a cash payment. Told me pump 12 was supposed to be out of service with a bag over pump. There was no bag over pump 12. I asked him to call his manager, after a long time he told me to pay$5.35, threw the receipt in the back of my vehicle and walked away. I pumped $25.04 on pump 11 and left--the pump was slow as well. He was overloaded with retail sales, the manager was not available. I don't want to take almost a 1/2 hour to fill a tank of fuel. Memorial Day weekend- no one needs additional grief.

I am sorry if I marked that I was not satisfied with my experience in any way. I was completely satisfied with my service and may have accidentally checked the wrong box. This location is always friendly, always has the best gas prices in town, always has an opening when I am needing to get gas, and the attendants each are beginning to recognize me, as I only moved here last summer, and some greet me by name. I have never had a bad experience nor have I ever been unsatisfied on one of my visits to this location.
