After doing the credit card payment at the pump and selecting the type of fuel, the pump would not pump the gas, told the clerk and she said "oh it does that just try again", I backed up to the next pump and the screen was blank, so I had to go to a third pump to get fuel

Pumping diesel and pump ran very slowly. DI'd not fill up due to slowness.

It took 20 minutes to get 48 gal of fuel. This is redicious

Lifted the pump handle and pushed the regular 87 octane button, as I usually do. While filling up, I noticed the cost of filling up was higher than usual. After getting my receipt I looked at it closely to see why the price was so high. That's when I saw that I was charged for the Super gas 93 Octane instead of the 87 that I thought I was getting. I told the attendant about the mishap and she said sometimes that happens when removing the pump handle and the hose can touch the 93 Octane button. I've never had this happen before. Still puzzled by this experience and worried that the higher octane may damage the plugs and or engine. She said over the weekend they sold the higher octane at regular price since they ran out of the regular. I wonder if this resetting the pumps caused all this?

I don't think it's fare that you only get a discount if you purchase the products they offer. Usually candy or soda or even red bull. I don't do sugar or drink soft drinks and never have I purchased a red bull. They are all bad for you and contain way too much sugar. So I'm a healthy man, that takes care of himself and unless I purchase some sugary stuff, I have to pay the full price. I feel that I am discriminated against because I don't do sugar. I will find somewhere else to buy my gas, where I am treated the same as everyone else. Shame on you for giving a discount only if you purchase the sugary drinks and candy.

I went on September 22, 2016 at 4pm and the attendant was RUDE! The gas pump malfunctioned and it did not pump the $10 of gas I purchased and I actually just came in to notify her before I went in search of another gas station since I was running short on time and she started yelling at me, making racist comments on the fact that I as an ignorant Hispanic would not know any better and using profane language to ask me to get out of the store. I was offended, humiliated, embarrassed, and my blood pressure went dangerously high. I just wanted to know that she would take care of it, she kept insisting it was my car and not that pump. I even told her, "I'm not asking for money, or a refund, I am just asking you to check for the next customer because it's not my car that is the issue and the needle did not budge at all" and she just went off in a derogatory rant. I plan to inform members of the Hispanic Association in Clarksville to avoid that place. So rude, derogatory and racist! I wasted my money but what really offended me was her treatment. I think the problem was with high grade gas

unable to complete intended purchase of fuel and car wash. Problem with DNS, Not able to use Walmart gift card. Left without any purchase made.
