Too much questions

I'm not sure what your protocol is in measuring satisfaction. I can define satisfaction for myself, but I am not sure what the difference is in being highly satisfied.

Sometimes when I go there the lines are long at the register and I have to go to another store. I love this gas station because the price is resonable. One time I went there and the card didn't work. I approached the cashier and told him and he just asked me what pump was I too. The cashier never gave me an answer to why the card readed didnt' work. I tried to avoid going to the cashier because the line is too long sometimes.

When I arrived to make a purchase the attendant was outside taking trash- so I had to wait about 5 minutes
