your prices are high. Other stations in the local area were 15 cents per gallon less expensive. I originally got a Walmart Credit Card, primarily to use at Murphy Oil Stations because of the discount that was offered. Now you have changed the way you do that resulting in a much smaller discount. You have been becoming less and less competitive in the way you price your product. I am losing my incentive to use you. I purchase gas at Murphy usually 4 or more times every month, usually more.

You have stopped the Rollback Codes. This helped to make up a small amount of the difference in the price of gas since you changed the Walmart Card Discount from 5 cents per gallon to 2% off the price per gallon credit and the overcharge for a gallon. Due to the new Oil Fields in North Dakota, Pennsylvania, West Texas and other North American Locations, the lower price of imported oil, the decreased demand and the increased inventories the price of a gallon should be about $1.50. You are also higher than several of your local competitors.

Your prices were higher by at least 5 cents per gallon than nearby competitors. Considering new North American Oil Fields, Higher Inventories, Lower Demands, and lower imported oil cost, your price is still about fifty cents per gallon too high. You changed the Walmart Master Card Discount which seems to have an overall effect of raising the price of gasoline and you have apparently stopped the Rollback Code Program. The pump still ask for a Rollback Code, but you do not give one on the receipt or at this website. That raises the price by seven cents per gallon.

1. you did not give me an opportunity for a Roll Back Code to save on my purchase. 2. The price of gasoline here is now higher than it is in Florida or South Carolina. I have been buying gas here for years and the price had always been higher in Florida, it is now cheaper in Florida. 3. When you consider the new oil fields in North Dakota, West Texas, Pennsylvania, and other North American Locations, the lower demand for gasoline, the higher inventories, the lower cost of imported oil you are charging at least 55 cents per gallon too much for your gasoline. 4. The last two or three times I had been to this station and did need the restroom it was locked.

You changed the Walmart Master Card Discount a few months ago. Previously the discount was 5 cents per gallon off at the pump. You changed this discount to 2% off at the billing. You also charged $1.839 per gallon while several of your surrounding competitors were at $1.789 That is a 5 cents per gallon higher difference at your station. The other thing is that with the North Dakota, West Texas, Pennsylvania and other North American Oil Fields that have come online in the past couple of years, the lower demand, higher inventories and lower cost of imported oil you are charging at least 34 cents per gallon more than you should be considering demand and other factors.

I do not like the change in the Walmart Credit Card Discount from 5cents per gallon discount to 2% discount nor the change from seeing the discount at the pump to having to wait until it shows up as a credit when I receive my statement. The price of gasoline is at least 29cents per gallon more than it should be at this time based on new North American Oil Fields opening up, lower foreign imports, higher inventories, and lower demand for gasoline.

I have been a pretty loyal customer of Murphy USA whether at home or on the road traveling. I have tried to make it a point to stop at a Murphy location when possible. Upon filling up tonight, the pump did not show my Walmart Credit Card Discount. I found an employee and asked about this and he told me that they were now making an adjustment at the time of billing rather than at the pump. I was not aware of this but accepted it. I noticed a sticker on the pump that stated this and that the discount was now 2% of the total. I calculated this on this purchase and realized that the loyal customer discount was reduced about 60%. Thanks for showing your most loyal customers just how little you really appreciate them.

I did not say I was dissatisfied. The reason I did not say I was satisfied was that the price of oil on the commodities market is dropping, but the price of a gallon of gasoline at this station is rising. When everything is considered, new oil fields in North America, Lessening demand on foreign oil, lessening demand, rising inventories etc., the price of a gallon of gasoline should not be above $1.50 per gallon all taxes included.

Your prices are going up at a time when supplies are at all time highs, demand is low, new supplies are available as a result of fracking and the oil fields of North Dakota, West Texas, Pennsylvania, and other locations throughout the USA and Canada. The Saudis are lowering prices in the hope of discouraging drilling here in the USA. Price should not be over $1.50 per gallon and you have already gone back up to $2.47 per gallon.
