My car needed about 13 gallons of gas, but after 7 gallons, it turned off and would not allow more gas in. So, I had to come back and get another tank to finish filling up my car.

Pump #8 was not working I had to pay for gas three times and then move to a different pump

I was charged for more products than I purchased. I went to get my money back and was still shorted $5. for product not purchased.

we got a good deal on cigarettes but I put money in the vacuum to vacuum my car out and the vacuum didn't work. the cashier gave me a refund but I had to stand in line

Broken pump digitals has been an on-going issue at this pump for weeks. Cannot read amount of sale, gallons, etc., and this has been the same way for more than two or three weeks at this location.

The attendant received a phone call and the call was more important than me. Before the call she acted as though she was annoyed by me coming up to the window for service. I noticed this same reaction a couple of weeks ago but I just thought she might be having a bad day. Obviously, she doesn't like her job.

The cashier was very rude. I shop at Murphy USA daily, sometimes multiple times a day & it is becoming regular that two of the employees are very rude to the customer.

Pulled up to 3 different pumps and none of the 3 were taking gift cards as attendant had little notes on the 3 pumps. Had to wait in line for pump that would let you use your gift card. I patronize this Murphy 8-10 times per month and at least 4 times per month when you indicate that you want a receipt you can't get one because lazy attendants don't replenish with receipt paper at pump. Please address this frustrating problem. Some of my neighbors stopped buying gas here because of this problem. Thank-you.
