I used my Walmart credit card which was supposed to give me a discount but it did not. There was a line at the cashier window and I did not have time to wait.

The automatic shut off on the trigger was apparently malfunctioning. I couldn't fully pull the trigger and set it because it kept shutting off.

Someone got in front of me and filled up his gas can on my dime while i was trying to get my gas.I was reinbursed but shaken a little.The next time I came I started to get gas at night when the lights were on and they shut off the lights and left me standing in the dark with very little gas saying it was the corporate rule to shut me out -not them.Shaken again after being at work for 8 hrs.!

info missing on the pump where the fuel choices are suppose to be. the attendent said "people just know to choose this button" even though the written label was gone??

I drove to the Wal-Mart store to purchase groceries and a gas card so I could get the discount. The attendant re-loaded my gas card. I drove straight to the gas pump, got out inserted the card and the pump could Not read it. I asked your attendant to check it on her register and it didn't work. she said I needed to go get another one. I got back in my car went back to the store and got another one. Drove back to the pump and tried again. The Same Problem happened again. the attendant told me to go get another one. I got back in my car and drove back to the Wal-Mart and this time I just wanted to return the card back to cash. I have never had so much trouble trying to get gas. I'm glad I didn't have ice cream. It would have been Completely Melted after all those trips back and forth.

A couple of weeks ago when I got gas there I noticed I DID NOT get the discount for using my Wal-mart credit card (cc). I assumed that there was some kind of problem and just let it go. But yesterday when I got gas I tried my cc and it DID NOT give me a discount. I cancelled the transaction, double check to make sure I had my Wal-mart card and tried again. That's when I noticed a piece of tape had been placed over cc and now only shopper cards got the discount. I went ahead and filled up because I had to have gas. I should have cancelled the transaction and put it on another card where I get a percentage back but I did not have time to mess around like that. We use mainly Murphy USA gas all the time (about 85% time) regular fill ups and especially on vacation. We look up Walmarts ESPECIALLY on our routes and get gas from Murphy USA. We are planning our vacation in June and we will not go out our way to find Murphy USA if our credit card does not get the discount. And probably will not do my regular fill-ups there either. We appreciate the discount and THANK YOU for it. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CREDIT CARD DISCOUNT...
