The diesel fuel nozzle was leaking fuel on Pump # 1. It had been leaking for a while and the staff had not fixed the problem.

The pumps would not take cards. You had to pay the attendant.

The pump island for # 2 Diesel was dirty with product spills. The pump was not clean!!!

It's just getting gas. To be highly satisfied, it would need to be much more, like having an attendant wash my windows and check the air pressure of my tires, or something similar.
