The attendant, an older man, was sitting in a chair at the window and could not move very easily or quickly. He could not find my brand when I pointed it out to him numerous times. A line developed behind me and I felt frustration from the waiting customers. Attendant was not cheerful either.

Last time i purchase from this location the attendant was rude when he misunderstood me and gave me the wrong order, he started rolling his eyes and looking up the cieling giving me a rude attitude. I told him , you know what , i do not want to purchase from you anymore! i spoke to his manager the same day and explained him the situation ! He kept apologizing. that is my experience with location, not satisfied with it. That attendant did it twice. The manager is very friendly and nice.

The first pump I went to would not work. Had to get back in my truck to move to another pump which wouldn't take my Walmart card either. When I inquired about with the cashier she was able to put a set amount on the card which did end up working. But on further review of the Walmart card there was nothing wrong with the card itself.

I just wasn't pleased with the pumps and the lines. Overall the experience was ok as usual.

1. Trying to use my Murphy USA eoffer coupon at this location ,Cashier Alexzandri refused to take Murphy USA eoffer coupons. After explaining it's e coupon from Murphy USA, she still refused to take it. I told her to call her manager, she refused to call and told me it's her manager that told her not to take. 2. trying to find this location's phone number to file complaint with store manager through Murphy USA website, it shows 832-912-7370, which is fax number. no phone number was listed.

Gas was leaking from the nossle while I was fueling my van, running down the side on to the ground which could have started a fire, not to mention I was not getting all the fuel I was paying for. Yeah, that is dangerous and so I am very Dissatisfied, but I am a long time customer of Murphy USA fuel and I will remain one. Thanks Charles Knight
