Well first of all the attendant did not say hello or how are you today. She just reached for my carton of cigarettes and asked if I would participate in the survey. I in turn told her that I do most of the survey's from Murphy and other stores that permit a survey for the service. I did wait a little bit as she was involved in a personal conversation with a man at the window. Your turnover is unremarkable as I begin to form a friendship and recognition of one of your attendants they are moved to another location of let go. There was a young man at this location no too long ago that was friendlier than this older woman now at this location. I visit this location one a week and I would appreciate some friendliness when I do purchase my items. Alice Cordova, Cypress, Texas. I could shop at the location in Cypress from going forward but I prefer the location at FM 1960/Eldridge.

Highly satisfied to me means the personnel went above and beyond but during my visit I didn’t see any employees and I was able to pull up, pump and go, so I was satisfied.
