The additive machines volume is set way too loud making it uncomfortable.

The attendant was rude and snappy. Excuse me for being handicapped but i'm entitled to a little dignity.

I TOLD THE ATTENDANT TO PAY VIA DEBIT, SHE USED CREDIT. DID THAT BEFORE AT THIS LOCATION AND A LARGE HOLD WAS PLACED ON MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THIS TRANSACTION CLEARED. WONT BE BACK

We stopped in Calera, AL at the Murphy gas station for fuel. Their bldg. clearly states 15 off each gallon using Murphy Visa card. We paid full price for the amount advertised without getting a 15 cent discount. And we have the ticket to prove it. How do they get away with false advertising? Would like an answer to this please. I have a walmart credit card. The chip in the card never works. Evertime I go there I tell them that. I called to get a new card. They told me I couldn't get a new one bec they all had chips in them. For me to tell them that next time and to override the transaction I have done this sooo many times. Some cashiers are great. Today this cashier said she wouldn't do anything. I explained everything to her she wouldn't budge. I finally said can u call your manager sheodid. After 30 mins the mang fixed it she could have done it herself but refused I will nt be back

We pulled into the pump a few mins before 11. My husband gets out to pump gas. It gets on .37 cents when the lights and pump turn off. At first he thought the pump was broken, but then he saw the attendant get in there car to leave!!!! I am a bank teller and if someone pulls in right at closing we have to help them!! This is the worst customer service I've ever witnessed!!! I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERYONE I WORK WITH TO NOT USE YOU COMPANY!!!!
