site use to open at 5:30 which worked good for me but pumps not working when I asked attendant said would start working soon, it was set to timers now and I could not wait till 6:00 for it to start pumping, so went to kum and go and got gas as they were open

The pump would only pump .42 cents at a time then 10 cents

I didn't understand not getting a discount for using my Walmart credit card.

This visit, I actually received a receipt for. And the only reason I stopped here this time was to fill up a few gallons to get me to another station, since I was already at Walmart. The visit that irritated me was several days earlier, when I filled up and a receipt did not print. I then went to the window to get my receipt, and there were 2 people in front of me. After waiting 4 or 5 minutes while the attendant was showing one customer all the selections of tobacco or something, I just left. It is absolutely ridiculous that the receipt paper in these pumps is not kept full. It would have been a very pleasant experience had the pump actually had paper. However, since it didn't and that the attendant was not very observant of the line that kept getting longer, it made it an unpleasant experience. I don't know why it is so hard to keep paper in these machines. Absolutely ridiculous. And now I have no receipt for a charge that I hope hits my card correctly.

I tried to purchase Powerball tickets at the pump. I chose my selection, pumped the fuel, and no Powerball tickets came out. When I asked the attendant he did not know what I was talking about nor did the other attendant. They just said it didn't show up on my receipt so no purchase was made at the pumps. The pumps should not ask for Powerball purchases if it does not have the capabilities.

Pulled into the location, all outside lights were on and open sign was on. Start to pump my gas, the lights go out and the pump shuts off. Went to ask the attendant what was going on. He wouldn't even talk to me. He was RUDE and wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. I got a whole $.53 of gas before my pump was shut off! You should tell your attendants to make sure there are no customers at the pump BEFORE they shut everything down. Luckily I had just enough gas to get home. Won't be returning to this Murphy's anytime soon, and will be telling all my friends and family how I was treated here, and NOT to go there!!! So disappointed and shocked at how I was treated!!!

The attended was not friendly as the others. Most the time you have great attendents she is very unfriendly.

some of the Murphy usas offer 5 or 10 cents off per gallon. I did not complete the transaction, because with the discount only 3 cents, I could buy my gas elsewhere cheaper. we really depend on that discount.
