I used to get .05 off per gallon using the Wal-Mart credit card, now I only get 2% off as a credit on statement. I got 9.274 gallons at $1.779 a gallon, using 2% this is only .33 savings. If it were .05 off a gallon I would get a savings of .465. I am losing .135 on this fill-up. I have a Shell card that gives me .05 off each gallon and in our town they are the same price as Murphy USA. It is better for me to use the Shell gasoline and Shell credit card next time I am needing gas. I will check to see if the Shell is the same price and will use the Shell.

Because the card scanner was not working properly. Had to swipe several times.

The fuel pump used was noticeably slower than other pumps at Murphy USA locations I use.
