I have mentioned in my customer satisfaction survey numerous times that it does no good to press the wheelchair insignia, as it does not work. I am in a wheelchair and need use of this service. I overcome this problem by calling on my cell phone for assistance. It is very difficult for me to understand as to why I can not get a response to this complaint. Do I need to get my fuel at some other station?

Was told by attendant computer had crashed and I cizld not use my coupon for 10 per gal off. Had to ask once again for receipt for next coupon.
