I always use this station, but for the first time I needed air for a tire. Your fuel track came in as I was parked next to the air station and blocked me. I had to pay. Most are free, but I'm okay with paying something. I put in a $1.00. There was no sign of the amount needed. The attendant said she wasn't sure and the air/vac didn't have anything to do with Murphy. Probably so, but it's on your property and so either your company or your partner company made for a horrible experience. I wasted my $1.00 and went across the street for free air at 7-Eleven. That's where I will be going forward.

They double charged my card and would not talk too me or my card holder company

Gas was less expensive than other places. My issue is I tried using the free coupon from this application but they couldn't scan the coupon so it was for nothing.

Slow pump

For the 2nd time recently I purchased the items necessary to get the .10 discount per gallon of gas. For the 2nd time I was not given the discount. The 1st time it happened, the attendant gave me some excuse about the type of fuel I bought - I let it go. This time when I mentioned it to the attendant I was told there was nothing she could do that it just didn't work sometimes. I told her that's lousy & she agreed. She did not apologize or even try to make it right. I am at the Wal-mart near your station several times a week & would love to buy my gas & other things there, but this is not acceptable and your company doesn't seem to care that you are ripping off people.

You did away with the 5 cent discount for a Walmart Credit card. You started instead with a 2% discount. The pump was not programed for this function. It instead increased the price of fuel 24 cents a gallon. Had to visit attendant to get it corrected. The discount is not enough to encourage purchase of fuel with Walmart credit card. Will shop elsewhere for gasoline.

All the lights in the location were on pump was on and accepted my swipe and would not pump any gas, no indication of the station closed no hours posted on the pumps but everything was acting as it worked

I had to cancel my transaction 4 times and finally move to a new pump. The first pump I used was only dispensing Diesel - the light kept coming on even though I pressed unleaded but the worst part is that you too 4 75.00 holds out for each cancellation totalling 300.00 I Called the attendant when I discovered this an was basically told I would just have to wait for it to be put back in my account. That was at 7AM this morning and I still have not rec'd it back. This caused my account to go into overdraft and I could be charged 23.00 ffor each one, I need to get this 300.00 back. Who other than the attendant can I contact.
