I use a Wal-Mart Credit Card. After scanning my card, the pump showed both the "wal-mart credit card discount" price AND the "regular" price. When I selected the grade, it was then it showed the regular price that I would be charged and NOT the discount price. I asked the attendant about it before I pumped the gas and she said that the discount will reflect on my statement even though the pump says regular price. She also said this started the first of the month. Why does the pump "post" both prices but does not give you the option to take the discounted price? I was very disappointed.

I purchased a carton of cigarettes and the attendant asked if I needed a bag. I said no and he said if you drop it it's your fault. He said it twice.

The employee was EXTREMELY rude and didn't have even the most basic customer service skills whatsoever.

asked Carla for a pack of marlboro in a box. she says and grabs a pack of marlboro black. guess cause I'm black. i tell her no i said marlboro in box. she hrabs the right pack. and throws them on counter. i pay for my purchase. put money in her hand. she trys to put money on counter. i put my hand under hers and force her to put my change in my hand. she then picks up cigarettes up and throws them on the outside counter. i asked her to put them in my hand as i feel this is very disrespectful. at which time she says i better watch who i am talking to. Norman is full of racist people and i feel you have made the mistake of hiring one of them. in my opinion Ms Carla Rene has no customer service skills. which she proves as she continue to tell me i don't know who the f I'm talking to. is that some kind of threat? or do you let your employees to talk to your long time customers how ever they want to. i will not visit this location if she is there. when ever i go to murphys oil.

I was fully satisfied with my visit when it came to the attendant and her friendliness so that is not a problem at all. Of course I'm a smoker and I wish the price on cigarettes was not so high, but it is cheaper here then most places. As for the outside and how it looked, it had just gone through some kind of construction so there was tape and plastic around some of the pumps, but nothing to deter people from coming.

Terrible customer service and crappy products that are almost double if Walmart

I generally purchase 6 to 8 rolls of snuff once a month. I go the same Murphy store to do so, on this occasion I asked for 8 rolls of snuff. The clerk sat four rolls on the counter and started to check me out. Seeing what was happening and knowing there wasn't 8 rolls on the counter. I called this to clerks attention and was told there wasn't anymore. I could see the counter where the snuff is normally stored and pointed out there is some there. At this point, I was told she could only sell 4 rolls maximum at the time. All of the contact with the clerk, was very negative on her part and her contact was very condescending.
