Murphy USA

There where advertising buy 3 Dr. Peppers for 4.50 and get .10 off fuel and they said someone forgot to take down. He tried to honor it but didn't work. He didn't know what else to do. Not his fault but it should have been removed if it was not true.

I backed into a pump that was not being used as far as I could tell. No one was at the pump. I used my debit card to pay and started pumping. While I was washing my windows, the attendant came out to me and started chewing me out aledgedly because the other person was at the window trying to prepay. The attendant claimed she was talking to another customer and that had prevented that customer from prepaying. I tried to explain that I did not know where that person was, and had assumed they were done and paying for their fuel. She started talking over me saying I should have known since that car was at the pump. My fuel was done in less than another minute. I took my receipt and left. My business purchases over $3000 of fuel from Murphy USA in the Dallas area. It is not uncommon for cars to be left at pumps. I was really offended with the behavior of the attendant.

Traffic flow. All access to station and pumps should be from ONE direction. With not all vehicles filling on same side it causes a traffic jam most times I try to use this station. Sams Clubs use a ONE WAY access to there stations, why not Murphy USA do the same?

I was charge an extra dollar in a separate transaction which did not happen. It was not on my receipt. It was on my credit card bill

When I pulled up to the pump, the clerk was outside. I waited to see if they were still open, but the clerk didn't say anything. So I put my card into the pump and began fueling. Imagine my surprise when all the lights went out and the pump stopped at $1.11. Now, I'm an understanding man, I've worked retail most of my adult life, and I can certainly understand wanting to go home, but the clerk, who had ample time to say, "Hey, we're closed.", instead said nothing and shut down the pump. That simple act of common courtesy would not anger me. I would understand, I've been there. I'm not happy, and I'm sure this survey is going to do nothing, but here it is.

Main reason for getting the Walmart credit card was to save money on gas purchases here. I noticed on my last transactions I have paid full price. Why have I not been getting my 3cent discount?

I was supposed to get 35 cents off each gallon, and I didn't. And it took like twenty minutes for my gas to pump. No kidding, it was quite annoying.

After waiting for just over 10 minutes to use the pump, with just one truck in front of me, the attendant cancelled my transaction shortly after I began pumping and told me over the speaker that I had TAKEN someone else's gas. I had swiped my card as usual and began to pump when it was approved. She cancelled my transaction the next few times that I re-swiped my card and told me that I needed to bring her 2.79 cash to repay the customer who she insists had paid to use the pump where I was (#10). She finally relented and I got my gas and an ATTITUDE. Apparently she did the same thing to the man on the other side of my pump. I was embarrassed that she ACCUSED ME over the speaker of stealing someone else's gas. When I finally succeeded in pumping my gas I walked to the cashier to see what her problem was and the line was just far too long. I think the cashiers need far more training before they are released on the public unattended. Not at all impressed with her attitude and manner.
