Big O Tires

We are passing through Colorado with our Airstream trailer. We experienced a valve failure on one of the four trailer tires. After putting on the spare, CoachNet referred us to this location. They immediately (without waiting) fixed the original, reinstalled it on the trailer, and put the spare back under the tongue. ALSO, the service technician (Lance) reconnected a loose wire on our trailer brakes. Store manager Jennifer and Lance were very friendly and responsive to our needs to get safely back on the road. I am extremely satisfied and would return here in a heartbeat for future service if we lived here in the area. For sure, I would highly recommend this store. Unbelievably, they didn’t charge me for “flat tire service”, even though we didn’t purchase our tires here. Many thanks to Jennifer and Lance!!!

Awesome peeps

Was camped at nearby RV place, discovered low tire pressure, found Big O and stopped by to ask for help. They took me right in, went to work within 5 minutes, removed the nail, called my name to let me know it was done. Went up to pay and Jennifer said there would be no charge I argued and said I wanted to pay but she smiled and said no. I wasn’t expecting that and was blown away acct I was up a creek in a strange place and needed help. Thank you for the quick and free repair. Of course that puts Big O on my radar now. Nothing like making a great first impression!!!!! Thank you to all who were involved!!! “I’ll be back”!!!!!

I have had my RV, sports car, luxury car and daily driver over there for various issues. They are ALWAYS there to listen and help. The service is great, timely and very professional. I worked most of my life in a service industry and these people know what great customer service is all about.

The store manager, Ben, was very attentive to why I was there and discussed what my options were for the problem that took me to Big O. My service was completed in a timely manner although he apologizes for the wait. I will take my business to Big O in the future!!!

I loved the customer service. The employees were professional and highly skilled in the work they performed on my vehicle. I liked the fact that not only did they explain what was needed but showed me as well. Even though I was not prepared to invest the money at this time, I walked away feeling happy I did.

I was very happy, that when I picked up my vehicle, the price that was quoted to me as what was charged.
