Big O Tires

The guys were very nice and not condescending which happens at a lot of places.

I had my engine replaced on my 1996 Toyota pickup. Although the process took some time because of the parts supplier, everyone at the Big O Elizabeth store was professional, and, most importantly knowledgeable and extremely competent in their skills. I would recommend this store to anyone for any car or truck repair; big or small!

Andrew asked to price match my tires and ended up saving a combined $500 on Mickey Thompsons and Falkens not to mention time, because I was going to pick them up over an hour away. He also beat Discount Tires who were the same cost without the alignment, which would have been another $300. Just be patient because this shop is busy and they all work constantly. I spent all day there and never saw this crew lagging. Kind and hard working crew. Nearby Safeway has a Starbucks if you need to sit and work.

I should probably write multiple reviews as I have had multiple vehicles in for care. The information, communication, professionalism and care the team took with every aspect of my care care was impressive. They have worked on my car, both my daughters’ trucks and my mother’s car. Excellent all around. Thank you to Ben, Andrew and team.

Staff was friendly and explained the entire process very well. I have found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable. In yhe past they have helped me with any tire problem with no questions asked.

I came in with three kids under five. They went out of their way to get us right in. Hunter helped fix our tire and went above and beyond to show my boys some of the things he was doing! Also, super impressed with the cleanliness of the shop! We will be back!

Took tire in for repair--Ben took it immediately and it was ready in about an hour-excellent service

Came into Big O after my tire pressure dropped during my drive. Andrew immediately surveyed the situation and got my car in to be looked at, which diagnosed a punture. My spare was placed on the car and a new tire ordered. I apprecaited everyones help that day!

All the staff was very helpful and friendly!
