At the beginning, we had a person helping us who gave us a feeling like we didn’t have the money to buy there, she didn’t make us feel welcome. She left and “Elaine” helped us. Elaine made an outstanding job, she’s a person that knows what she’s doing and make the customer feel welcome and helped. She hardly helped us to find the perfect ring for us, we were looking for two matching rings and exceeded our expectations by finding a third ring for my little sister. She was patiently helping us the best option, congratulations for having such an amazing employer. Hopefully, the other lady (was wearing a white cardigan) will have a better customer service next time. Remember that me as a customer would like to feel like a matter, Elaine made us feel like that. What I loved about the whole experience is that she was more than willing to give input, advice, and made sure I walked out of the store with a ring I absolutely love.
