I always pay at the pump and request a receipt. About a third to a half of the time I gas up either of my vehicles, the receipt does not print. I can hear the printer attempting to print, but it has no paper. I then have to enter the store and wait in line to get a receipt. Why is the simple task of keeping the printers loaded with paper such a foreign concept to the people working at this establishment? This is not a difficult task. I live half way between a Sam's and this particular gas station (#5776) and prices are usually equal. I am sure Sam's is grateful for the additional business as their printers always have paper and I always am able to get a receipt.

Fuel pump did not print out receipt for purchase and I had to see attendant for one. Fuel pumps should always have roll of paper to print receipts.

It all depends on the employees working at time of purchase, more often than not it is not the same employee. I've been a customer for many years and I understand that employees must converse while on the job but do it at the appropriate time when no customers are present. Answering personal phone on the job while customer wait in line is not cool.
