Murphy USA

I went to 3 different pumps and none of them would give gas. There was no attendant. I go to Murphy at 4am. Does the attendant have to be there to turn the pumps on? I pay with my card at the pump. If the gas station is closed during certain days/times I would like them to be posted at the station. This is the 3rd time this has happened at the location. If this continues I'll get gas elsewhere.

I was trying to use additive to better my gas mileage but I selected the $2.99 selection and I was charged for the $14.99 selection. The attendant said that they could not do anything due to the fact that I had already pumped my gas. I did not notice charge until after I had put gas and received my receipt. I am just blue collar worker so I am trying to watch my budget when putting gas so I though $2 dollars would not hurt to help with longevity of my car but I was caught off guard when I charged the $14 dollars. I would check the gas pumps to make sure they are operating properly and overcharging your customers.

I paid for 6.88 in regular gas and i have my receipt. The amount charged to my card was 31.03. I want my money back on my card NOW . overcharged by 24.00. I have a copy of my account history and the charge made by this company. I want a call back ASAP by a manager or someone that can actually help the situation 210-789-1516 or 210-363-9120. Will NEVER get gas at any Murphy store again I am not the only one who has this problem, but i will not let yall keep my money like everyone else does. UNTRUSTWORTHY card readers and company. I will never recommend someone to u for gas. It would make me look bad this company should think about their reputation and not just how to scam extra money out of hard working tax payers etc.
