The printers usually do not work, then you have to stand in line at the cashier to get a manually printed copy. Also, the pumps are not maintained properly. The nozzles are usually hard to operate because they will not swivel.

I think the gas should be cheaper! I would like to "know" that my survey does any good. . I've been doing this for about 15 years now and Not ONCE have I ever known someone to win the "promotion" - As much gas as our family buys from Murphy and as many times as I've entered I would have thought that "by now" I'd seen or won something. . I just believe that it's a survey and not a Chance to be a winner!!

I was satisfied, no problems, however there are many times when one must wait in line for a pump.
