The grounds were unclean, the associate had black under his nails, people were blaring music and yelling at each other, etc. PLUS the parking lot is so crowded, it is nearly impossible to circle or wait behaind someone for an empty pump. It did not feel like a professional establishment. I was afraid for the safety of my 1-year-old and myself. I will avoid coming back the best I can. Shell's Fuel Rewards are better and so is the environment

how can anyone be highly satisfied when we pump our own gas which is not a highly satisfying experience. i'm satisfied with the price murphy offers, and the location. thank you.

Fast, easy, and a reasonably good price. Basically, a good customer experience. I used to use my Wal-Mart credit card, but there is no longer a discount on using it for fuel. otherwise, I would fuel there more often.

Mostly the fuel additive station at the pump. It's a bit annoying. The fuel and cigarrete prices are good, the attendant was friendly and helpful, but the drinks are a little pricey. So I opted out of buying a drink.
