Because highly satisfied would mean perfect .. nothing is always perfect but why isn't a satisfied rating good enough? The attendant was more than helpful and courteous .. everything seemed clean and orderly from what I paid attention to and the price was great. Corporate nay sayers need to back off!!! Just being honest since I work for a corporation and know how they operate!!! ~Blessings~

Store needs to be enlarged and include a restroom. also it is located in a hard to get to place at the wal-mart. Needs a easier way to get in and out of the parking area around the station. FYI need to move the spot where the truck comes in to refuel the station. It pulls in and blocks most of the pumps so you can only get to them at one side. Otherwise the attendants recognize me and calls me by my name and always have what I want ready before I get up to the window. Everything is clean and looks nice, it just needs a remodel to make it more user friendly and bathroom would be very nice.

I don't like the outside pumps being prepaid only. All pumps were taken except for the outside pumps. I wanted to fill up and you have to prepay. There is no way for me to know exactly how much fuel/dollar amount it will take to fill my tank. It is frustrating! By the time I realized it was a prepay then another pump opened up and I moved my car. I always pay the attendant in person as I usually purchase other items; sodas, cigarettes, etc.

Very few business rate a highly satisfied rating every visit. Sometimes, it is.

Just getting gas. Murphy was same as other gas stations
