Had to go inside and ended up have to go to 3 pumps before found one that worked. She sent me to pump that worked!

The pay at the pump feature did not print a receipt so I had to go into the store to get it. When I told the attendant that the pump wasn't producing a receipt, she told me with a straight face that the printer was working.

I went in to purchase 3 packs of L&M cigarettes. A lady was there offering coupons to try American Spirit cigarettes. She said they were 2 packs for $2.00 with the coupon. I said ok and got 2 of those and 1 L&M. She handed the coupon to the cashier and she scanned it. I ran my card and didn't pay attention until this morning when I wrote the receipt in my checkbook. I was charged $5.60 per pack of the American Spirit!!! I was told 2 for $2.00!!!!! This is very bad business. I always liked this store, but probably won't be back due to this. Very disappointing! Discount not taken at pump but when monthly bill was printed. Discount changed from 5 cents to 2 cents without proper notification. Had to inside to get a receipt. Just not a very good experience!!

Pump did not give me the .05 per gallon gas purchased for using the Walmart credit card. Next the printer did not print a receipt. When I went inside to pay, I ask the attendant about the .05 cent off for using Walmart credit card and she informed me now you receive 2% off on your statement which is less than the .05 cent off a gallon you use to receive. I always purchase my gas at this station and drive a round trip of 16 miles to fill up. I will no longer go there !!!

The gas was terrible. It was either very low quality or watered down. My F150 sputtered when I was heading home. No issues with low MPH but when going 50-55 and try to get up to 65-70 it just sputtered. I was passing someone when it did this - my check engine light came on, it powered down and I had to slow down. It happened 2 more times. Very disappointed...

I pressed the button for the least expensive gas and I received the most expensive gas. I did not realize the pump was not working correctly until I arrived at home. I never buy premium gas. The price was supposed to be 1.55 a gallon and the pump charged me $1.98 a gallon. If you do not reimburse me for the difference I will NEVER buy gas at Murphy again plus I will make sure that everyone knows about your pumps not working correctly.

I wanted to pay at the pump for my fuel purchase but the pump would not issue a receipt... then have to go inside to get a receipt. It defeats the purpose of the pay at the pump option and is a waste of my time.
