it is just a gas station

As I was beginning to pump my gas, I realized that the little "thing" on the handle to hold the gas on was broken and I had to hold the handle tightly to make it pump. This was painful to my arthritic hand because I had to pump14.932 gals. I could not change pumps because all the lines were full. But, I use Murphy/Walmart fuel at home all the time when I cannot get to SAMs Club for gas and have always been very satisfied. And, home is Mount Olive, NC. Thank you,

lines were long and customer in front was inconsiderate, not something that can be changed.

Hard to access pumps due to amount of traffic. Highway entrance should be limited.
