took longer for gas to come out than when I started pumping and gas flowed

About half the pumps were blocked off for some reason which caused a number of cars to be waiting to get gas

The cashier was holding a personal conversation with someone standing at the window and they continued talking despite me standing there waiting to pay for gas until I cleared my throat and the person stepped to the side so I could pay. A bit irritating but the price of the gas was worth the wait!

I was happy with my service, pumps were working and great price

The main reason is trouble getting to the pumps. People park all and any kind of way there. They stop in unauthorized parking areas making it difficult for paying fuel customers to get to the pumps with ease.
