I wanted to pay at the pump, however the cashier has a customer that her card did not work or didn't have the money on the card, The cashier allow her to check over 6 cards to see if she had money on it? I understand good customer service but you must have good common sense, The cashier seen the line there was 7 people on line, she should have told the lady to wait at side and check her cards, Took care of the customers waiting! She needs more training.(cashier)

Because they were out of the cigarettes that I buy there every week and the only other cigarettes I like were $10 more a carton.

Walmart doesn't provide customer service, the employees are just there. Attendant blocked my access to lane stacking water bottles.

I was upset that I only pumped $21.35 but my statement says I pumped $56.00. My money shouldn't be held up to verify funds, now I have to wait for money to be unfrozen. I upset because I have other stuff to pay while your gas company is saying what I didn't pay.

Its love bug season. I wanted to wash my windshield to clean the bugs off.. The water in the service bucket was dirty with no soap at all like it had been there for a long time and the squeegee was hard and just smeared the water.I ended up just using my windshield washers and cleaned the windshield when I got home that evening.

The price for was about $.12 cheaper than other nearby gas stations but with half of the pumps under repair the lines were ridiculously long. It was a pain for me to even put gas in my car since the tank is on the opposite side. If the pumps are still not up by the time I will need gas again I'll just go to another gas station. The wait is not worth the change I would save.

4 pumps were blocked off and being worked on so lines were 5 cars deep at the other 4 pumps. Problems getting to the pump when cars have the tank opening on the right side of the car. Major traffic jam.

There was a line of 10 people, literally. Check the cameras. There was constantly a line of about 10 people. The attendant was very slow which did not help with the long line. The attendant was not at all friendly. He did not greet me. In fact, he did not speak at all! I had to ask him my total because I got gas and 2 quarts of oil. Then I had to ask for my receipt. He didn't say bye, come back, go away, nothing. Very rude. Worst customer service I ever saw. Just because your station is busy, does not mean you can hire rude, slow, incompetent workers.
