I was basically forced to pay for my gas at the window. I bought the coke products to get the .10 off per gallon. I was going to use my Walmart card at the pump because I didnt know at the time how much gas I was going to put in. The attendant kept wanting me to give her an amount and I told her I wasn't for sure the amount so I'll do it at the pump. Then she said well it won't allow you to put the code in at the pump so I had to give her an amount. When I said ten dollars she asked is that all I want to get, dont I want to get more so I ended up getting $20 worth. I don't appreciate being bullied into having to pay at the window or having to give a certain amount.

I always have to go inside & get my receipt! The receipt paper at pump is never filled. Everytime I come here it's out. Doesn't clerks suppose to load paper & keep it filled so custmers don't have to keep going to window to ask for receipts when paying at pump. It happens so often I had to say something this time! I come to this Murphy often & it used to be a pleasure but now it's a chore! Clerks aren't friendly either.

I COULD NOT USE MY PAYMENT CARD AT THE PUMP AAND IT WAS RAINING THIS WAS A INCONVENIENCE TO BE OUT WALKING IN THE RAIN WHEN THE PUMP TAKES DEBIT/DIFFERENT TYPES PAYMENTS!

I purchased 3 Lipton teas as required to have 20 cent off applied to my gas purchase. When I lifted the pump handle the 20 cent off was not applied. I then went back to the attendant and she stated that it would show once I started pumping the gas. I then stated why is that when it should show when I lift the nozzle. Well, thenattendant other attendant(Michael) stated the same excuse as the first one(a lady). I was appalled that they both thought I did not understand but, also the 20 cent was not applied and therefor, neither of them were knowledgeable about their job!!! So, the problem was not corrected and I will not visit this location again. Also, I will not recommend this location to anyone due to this visit!!!
