Couldn't use my debit card at the pump. Had to go to the attendant.

Wasn't anything to do with the store or company! Just hate pumping gas in 103 degrees after shopping for an hour in a half! So really I was highly satisfied on all accounts but having to get out and pump it! But excellent place stop there all the time but this is first time taking survey!

It took 2 tries to get my debit card to work. I had to cancel out the first transaction and try it again, and the second time it worked.

The pump reset itself before I could pump gas. The attendant reviewed the transaction and advised it credited my card back the gas purchase amount for some unknown reason. She was very helpful and provided all the receipts showing my card was refunded. We again did the fuel purchase and all was fine.
