Did not have my brand of cigarettes available. This happens often, and I have asked for them to raise their PAR on my smokes for years. If I am a regular customer and have to return to get item(s) I need, then this store is NOT listening to their customer and their needs.

pumped REGULAR, receipt showed SUPERUN and was charged for SUPERUN......Had to wait in line for attendant, was very busy. Went back to verify which grade was used, told attendant and she gave me $2 cash to rectify!

Everytime I go to I get the same run around, they say they are Out of my Cigs, but my Husband can go an hour later and they miraculously have them, And NO truck deliveries have on these days! I've left repeated messages for Samantha to contact me, and I have NEVER had one call from her! These attendants have a very ugly attitude every visit, it's easier to LIE to the customer than to go in the back and look for the products! Most of the time you have to wait in a long line for them to come back into the building, they're out Smoking and keeping us waiting! I would like to be contacted by the District Manager! 817-298-6762
