A "Highly Satisfied" rating means you are at the top with no room for improvement. There is always room for improvement, no matter what service you are providing. With that said, the card reader on the pump had issues with my gift card and I had to swipe it 3 times before it would work. The location of our Murphy's is a bit awkward so at times traffic around the station is a nightmare!

There was a tanker truck there. It was blocking the driveway on one side of the building. I had to back out from the pumps to leave the station.

The way in & out of this Wal-Mart is terrible. One wsy in...one way out. VERY inconvenient.
