THE LINE WAS EXTREMELY LONG, THEN I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE TO PAY BECAUSE MY PUMP WOULD ONLY LET ME PAY AN ATTENDANT. THEN THE LINE WAS WAY TO LONG AT THE PUMP, AND THE ATTENDANT DIDN'T REALLY ACT LIKE SHE CARED ONE WAY OF THE OTHER.

Had to wait in line for the ONE cashier waiting on customers while another attendant had her back turned to everyone slowly stocking cigarettes

This was a pay at the pump location and I never saw the attendant. The questions involving appearance, friendliness, etc do not apply.

It is difficult to find an open pump without having to drive around the entire building at least once most days.
