Too often there is trouble using the gift card that I purchase at WalMart.

I tried to use my survey mini coupon and the couldn't take it so I lost it that is kind of upsetting but employees were nice

Used a WALMART credit card. Pump price shows both a regular price for fuel and a 3 cent discount price if 'WALMART" credit card is used. When I swiped my card, it automatically gives me the regular price for fuel. instead of the 3 cent discount price This has happened to me twice now (same WALMART credit card used both times) with the same problem. Asked attendant to explain and she said there is nothing she can do, to contact WALMART credit card company to explain.

The gas price was 15 cents/gallon more than the one a couple of miles away.

The pump was not working at all. Also, the receipts did not print. I had already processed my gift card and then realized the pump was not working. It took forever to cancel my card. In fact, I hope it cancelled properly. If not, someone else could have easily used my card.

Gas pumps didn't work

The gas pump would not take my card so o see the attendant and pay for gas. Return to the pump and still the pump would not disperse fuel. The attendant had to cancel and refund my money and move me to a different pump.

I tried to pump gas; the pump allowed me to pump $0.03 and stopped. I hung up the fuel dispenser; waited; inserted my credit card again & tried dispensing gas. It allowed me to pump approx. $0.06 & stopped. I then went to the attendant (whose name I was told was Jessica but her name tag was not displayed). There were 2 people ahead of me, an African American man & a Caucasian man. The African American man was asking for assistance with his pump which was on the other side of the attendant booth from my pump. The attendant was very rude & told him that the pump worked fine & no one else had complained about it during her shift. She waited on the Caucasian man and was very polite. Then when I told her my pump wasn't working she was once again rude & told me that the pump was working & it must be "user error." I told her that someone else had just complained & she said we were the only ones so we must not know how to pump gas. I told her that I believed it was the pump & asked if she would come to the pump to assist me since she felt I was the problem. She refused. Another attendant, James, came to help & he could not get the pump to work either. There's more but I'm out of characters

After purchasing gas at this location - my debit card was compromised and used in Antioch CA at Taco Bell and then 3 times at Ross' in Oakland CA - purchases totaling over 960$....very frustrating to deal with this !!!!!

The attendant was rude , your cigarettes cost more than publix and other gas stations so there is no real need for me to go there. I also purchased lotto tickets, the woman working acted like she was doing me a favor waiting on me. Like I was bothering her because I not only needed cigarettes, but than I wanted lotto. Me and my husband live local and travel to work we use a lot of gas weekly, I am no longer going to go to your place of business , this is not the first time I experience rude service , but it was the worst service I have gotten. And it will be the last time I shop here. It was not even busy, no excuse for this woman's poor actuated and service.
