Manager uses profanity toward employees and complains about her job almost every visit. Everyone can hear. She's very friendly when making purchase, but is very loud and abrasive when not attending to customers.

I wanted a Dr. Pepper but tasted and even looked watered down, so i passed and tried others but all the same. It is so cluttered in this store all the time there are boxes strewn about. I have never been so dissatisfied by a Murphy's as the one in Espanola. I have a refill cup but i guess i wont be refilling at this station. I have tried several times to get a good soda there and ALWAYS disappointed. Attendant was nice and price for Grizzly was good but that is about all the good I ever see, most of the time i leave because of the soda issue (never good quality)

attendant at register wasn't friendly plus she had people who weren't working behind the counter with her. It would be nicer if the employees smiled more and would at least say "Thank you and please come again", instead of "want your receipt?"

The cashier on duty was very rude did not greet me or ask if I needed anything else.didn't seem happy with her job. Wasn't wearing name tag so I asked for a receipt. Stephanie was here name.need better customer service.

This gas station is where I usually fuel up majority of the time. Today I used my debit card and I pressed the lower gas which was priced at $1.98 for a total of 11 gallons. when receipt came out it showed the price of the gas amount at $2.39 which none of the choices were showing that amount. The highest amount was showing $2.13 Customers are being sheeted with their cards, why? probably because the Memorial Holiday is upon us and we as usual are in a hurry and don't look at receipts. I feel like I was cheated by you and the store managers. There response was we cant do nothing. If they were not to busy gossiping maybe they could see that they need to make the changes in the pumps.

I was dissatisfied with the worker that was smoking a cigarette while she was waiting for the restroom. It was very unnerving just the thought of what she was doing without a second thought. I am going to let everyone know to be very careful. I let her know how it was making me scared and her response was, "well I'm by the emergency shut off". Still it was not a safe choice.

THE FUEL NOZZLE LEAKED AT THE HOSE CONNECTION FITTING. MY WIFE RUINED A PAIR OF LEATHER GLOVES FUELING UP OUR TRUCK... THERE WAS ALSO A LOT OF DIESEL ON THE PUMPING AREA AND AROUND THE PUMP
