Tire Kingdom

This is the 2nd time in the last 9 months that I scheduled a visit via the website. It is easy and straightforward. I ask for services to be performed, specifically tire rotation and both times it was not done. I didn't even get a new "Next service Due" sticker for my windshield. Right past a quick reasonably priced oil change I'm not real impressed with the overall service level provided by this store. They did do a nice job on tire tread measurement and front-end alignment check.

I was shopping around and decided to give Tire Kingdom a shot. I explained that I was trying to keep the cost down, as I didn’t expect to hold on to the vehicle much longer. I’m also, like many others, dealing with financial difficulties. Tire Kingdom quoted me by phone for Velozza tires at$73.99 each and $68 install. I was quoted a total of somewhere in the $380 range and quoted “out the door” price. I was then told at the shop that the cost would be over $410. It’s not how much the difference is, but that it’s a classic case of “bait and switch”. I don’t blame the shop, they were great, but I do work in the customer service industry and this definitely reflects negatively on your business.

Friendly employees and staff that knows to double check stock.

You overcharged me for tires. You suggested service I didn't need. You took advantage of me. Shame on you.

The location scratched my rims with the tire machine

Properly train service employees how to perform vehicle alignments and when alignment is not done properly and has to be redone and then still is not aligned that taking it out on the customer when they question why the results of the alignment still show red and yellow figures instead of all greens is very unprofessional especially when the original reading before the alignment was performed is better than the final reading after being aligned twice in 30 minutes.

Always used conventional oil for my changes and now they said I needed to go synthetic your policy sucks since I can still use conventional oil in my car

My car was lifted by the rocker panels and not the frame causing damage! I got a body shop to estimate the repairs needed to fix the Damage the estimate was $1,243.40. The body shop reviewed the photos I took showing the car on the lift! He told me the frame where the lift points were was about six inches away from where the car was actually placed on the lift! I will never recommend any one I know to take their car there! The manager was rude and disrespectful! And told me that they were not responsible for the damage the technician caused! The Villages has an app called next door, I will be placing photos and comments there and I’m sure I will never recommend any one in the Villages take their car to the location where I went for a simple oil change! I’m outraged that the manager treated me in such a rude way! Mr. Ricki Harris Sr.
