They didn’t check and adjust the tire pressures. I didn’t receive a detailed sheet showing what was inspected. It’s nice to have that.

I had pointed out an issue with the motor of my vehicle and needless to say it was completely missed

There was no one getting service and techs were sitting around doing nothing. My tech took 50 minutes to do an oil change and disappeared midway through job. Told manager and asked why service was taking so long. Manager didnt care at all. Bunch of slackers who don't give a darn at this location.
