Waited half hour for car to be taken into service and half hour late receiving car.

IT SEEMED TO ME, THAT WHEN THE TECH FOUND THE PROBLEM AND APPROCHED THE STORE MGR. THE MGR. WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO GET BACK TO THE TECH AND WHEN HE FINALLY DID, THE TECH THEN PULLED THE NAIL OUT AND STARTED THE REPAIR. i GUESS THERE IS LITTLE FAITH IN YOUR PEOPLE. Just AN OBSERVATION. tHANKS BOB LAFONTAINE

Need a new air filter, they were unable to do that. Did NOT put next oil change date sticker on window

Idk cost more than I wanted to spend

Friendly employees and good service. Feel I got a good deal on tires. Couldn't get alignment, too pricey and couldn't afford. Was happy to be done within the hour

The previous oil change sticker was not removed and replaced with Tire Kingdoms.

For the price we pay on new tires, I personally feel like an alignment should be included. Customers pay a really good price on tires there and the least you could do is provide a free or at least a cheaper alignment for your customers.

i was satisfied
