IT SEEMED TO ME, THAT WHEN THE TECH FOUND THE PROBLEM AND APPROCHED THE STORE MGR. THE MGR. WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO GET BACK TO THE TECH AND WHEN HE FINALLY DID, THE TECH THEN PULLED THE NAIL OUT AND STARTED THE REPAIR. i GUESS THERE IS LITTLE FAITH IN YOUR PEOPLE. Friendly employees and good service. Feel I got a good deal on tires. Couldn't get alignment, too pricey and couldn't afford. Was happy to be done within the hour

For the price we pay on new tires, I personally feel like an alignment should be included. Customers pay a really good price on tires there and the least you could do is provide a free or at least a cheaper alignment for your customers.
