Tire Kingdom

Some parts of my cars system were redone. Lighting, trip meter was reset. I like my lighting the was it was. My trip meter is set for gas intervals. That just got messed up.

Need to order parts that will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

1-1/2 hours to get a patch on my tire extended because a customer who came in after me interrupted the work that was being done on my vehicle. The tech stopped work on my car to get the other customer taken care of. Also, the board stated $19.99 for tire repair, yet I was charged $32.

Oil leak seen the next day. repaired 01/06/23 . due to the oil filter not being put in tightly enough.

Typo-we were highly satisfied with our experience at Tire Kingdom; however the button wouldn't accept our vote after three tries. We went to next choice and it was accepted. Store manager Vince was personable and had a strong knowledge the business.

Didn’t have TPMS sensors for my car. Had to ask for my old tires back. That’s pretty much it.

Disappointed that tire pressure was not the same in all four tires. The car tire pressure is recommended is 33 psi, front tires 38 psi, 1 back tire 37, and the tire repaired was 35 psi, 2 psi higher than car recommendation.

Tire cost too much

this location does not carry Mobile One oil. This would be the only reason I will not come back, unfortunately.
