Had a problem with 4 tires I purchased from a different TK store the manager there was very rude. Called customer service worked with a gentleman named Rubin explained my problem referred me to this store resolved

Earlier, when this new Tire King opened, I experienced a flat tire. The technicians took the time to explain the type of failure (a large dia. bolt) and that it could be patched, but to keep and eye on it for safeties sake. Now some 3-4 months later we experienced another flat in a similar location from another large bolt and nail. This time the repair wasn't possible due to the holes location. Also, the alignment was checked and both rear tires were well out. All was replaced/corrected with a smile. Thank You!

Vince you as very knowledgeable and made sure I departed with my car serviced and in good working order. I was on my trip home to north Florida when my oil light came on. Vince reassured me the car was safe to continue home.
