The guy, I think service manager, was awesome. Nice clean place.

Vince Simpson was very friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful. We took our van to get the brakes done and oil change, he had it checked my and told us about other things that also needed to be fixed and what the next items to be done when we could.

The time for service was excellent. In the past at other KD I had to wait sometimes 2 hrs.

Tires were in stock, lots of options, costs were clearly spelled out and I did not have to wait an extended time for the appointment, got in quickly.

I was met and given a welcome, asked what I needed and then we did the work. Professional behavior and approach in the service and my check out.

I received immediate attention upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. Sales associate explained everything they were going to do during my visit also suggested the other items or areas of concern in the near future.

The manager of the store was very thorough in explaining the right tires for my vehicle and didn’t pressure me into buying a more expensive set of tires (Michelin or Bridgestone).I was very impressed by his professionalism.
