Bridget Robertson was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I needed a rear driver's side tire replaced and I accidentally said "passenger" side. The mechanic saw the tires and came to check on it, and Bridget made sure the correct tire was replaced. Decor was fun and upbeat and colorful. Nice area with coffee, water, animal crackers, and granola bars for patrons. Comfy chairs to wait in. Restroom was very clean. Even the garage itself looked clean, bright and well organized. I liked that I could look out and see my vehicle and that the work was being done on it. Great communication, very courteous staff, explained everything. Helped me select the right tire for my needs, in my price range. Brought to my attention that the check engine and oil change indicators were lit (neither needed addressing; I was already aware) but they also didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I don't actually need. As a woman it's hard to find a mechanic shop where I feel respected and comfortable. I would come back here.
