The staff was all very curtious. The buliding was very clean, which is important to me. The prices were very reasonable. I have been retuning to your location since I moved here 2 years ago!

We traveled from MD and needed to get some recalled tires exchanged. We were unable to find any one in MD to do it. TK here was able to order the tires and do the work with no issues or problems.

Everyone was very professional and explained details to me.

On line scheduling, Tires availability , did not have to order in advance. Very friendly manager and tire install associate. Very clean and updated facility.

Services were extremely satisfied with all work done

Vince was great from the moment he took my phone call asking what time they'd be open until on New Year's Eve. I was out of town and my oil and filter warning came on, although I was away from my local TK, this location took the same care of my car as my local TK. I APPRECIATE THAT!

The service I receive form your associates and the quality of the workmanship has been outstanding at all locations I have done business with.

I have had issues with the store 5 minutes from me. The other store on Silver Springs Blvd could not get me in. So I called the Oxford location looking for the manager that I knew but he was gone but Vince remembered me and made an immediate appointment so I drove the 45 minutes to go there. It was for a scheduled service but also for a brake check. He advised the next oil change would need brakes and advised the missing / broken wheel studs and nuts will be fixed next time.

Friendly and courteous. Everything well explained. No pressure sales for future repairs. Appt set on line with no waiting when I arrived.
